In many world (without Small worlds) , no slots are there airport.

I suggest sell slot and make profit.

Ex, ICN slot fee is over 500000. And, I pay 550000 to make 80 slot.
If china airways need slot, but ICN has no more empty slot, I rent the slot to the airlines.
And, terminal system need to change.

I think 5 percent of original slot fee is good. It will be stop making unused-huge-terminal.

While I and I'm sure everyone else agrees with your point, it has been suggested numerous times and unfortunately will end up in the AE4 pile
