Essentially it's having all IFS items available for the highest price possible (and the lowest quality when it comes to the food). Effective if you want to make more money but generally frowned upon by players who prefer realism.

Max price, worst quality, & it makes a truckload of money. Kind of like any other form of real-world retailing these days.

There aren't really any real life examples of an airline charging $75 for a very bad quality meal (unless you count airlines including it in the ticket cost)

It gives you a bad reputation so you have to put the prices lower to get an 100% plane

No that's not how it works at all. Reputation doesn't affect PAX

As other's have said, It's basically a service package specifically made to have lowest quality food / service priced as high as possible in order to make boatloads of money in a short time, at the expense of airline reputation. Useful only if you're trying to make a lot of money in a short amount of time, and not helpful if you're trying to make a name for yourself as an airline. As you could imagine, it's frowned upon when players continue to use it well after the point where they're making reasonable amounts of money in general.

Lowest budget, highest prices. Profitable, but comes at the expense of both your reputation among passengers and reputation among other players.

It's like giving economy passengers bread for 50$ why? Because not everyone eats bread at 44,000 feet.
High prices and low budget. Passengers prefer flying premium airlines with some nice food so reputation is low
