Abu Dhabi/UAE- National Group today announces the acquiring of Phoenix Alliance set up by NNR in 2016. National Group after negotiating over the terms have successfully come to a final agreement to takeover 100% stake and claim full ownership of Phoenix Alliance. National Group parent company of National Alliance and National Awards, would soon begin takeover re-construction over Phoenix Alliance.
