Hello everyone.

I've been trying to improve my reputation, including employee morale, but I'm not quite sure what all of the "morale" icons mean for each type of employee (so far, I've had mostly positive morale, but I don't understand the meaning beneath each)

Specifically, these are the icons I'm confused about:

:)

:D

^_^

:awesome:

:dance:

(Of course, it's possible I'm overthinking this, but all of my employees are one of the above, and I still only have 68% morale)

What percentage do you have the reserves at? Do you ever pay bonuses?

I haven't touched the reserves, so they're at the default settings. I've issued bonuses every now and then- I think once for each group.

Hmm... If you have enough money, you could try upping the reserves here and there... I don't know, 68% is still not bad of a score.

From 68% to now reading 86% - sure you're not lexdysic?

But to answer your question, my guess would be:

* Happy

* Really happy

* Indifferent

* Crazy Happy

* Dancing for joy (it doesn't get any better than that)

There's also a staff attrition figure next to the icon as well, which gives you an indication of how happy they are. The higher the figure, the more staff are quitting, which probably means higher retraining costs.

Thanks. No, I'm not dyslexic (what is spelling), it was just coincidence- the morale percentage was gradually increasing.
