I'm a lazy A_ _ And Im running a max profit, NOT MAX market share, airline. They are not the same by the way. And I don't want to change my fares. So when you guys undercut my fares and I know who's doing it. I'm adding 20-50-100 turboprops everytime , to that route, and cutting all the fares to rock bottom so you all lose your arses. And im pulling 2 million a day per route. And you cant do diddley about it because you cant get fuel efficient aircraft anymore. Especially when your running 707s , 747s and tridents and gas hog jets.
All my routes ,and aircraft, are arranged by lowest profit first . Its easy to keep track. My preference is to run my routes at 90% or more at default fares,.With no marketing. Or leave the route for more money elsewhere, And that leaves plenty of room for market sharing without having fare wars.
I'm gonna get my money my way. Or the other my way. You decide which one.
