can't place aircraft on route

In the game I just recently purchased a Q400. In doing so, I sold both of my Beeches. However, for some reason I can't place the Q400 on a route. It has 22 hours available and the routes I am trying to place it on are clearly in range. I have tried unclicking the 'round trip' button. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I didn't account for? What gives? Thanks.

EDIT: Sorry, I went down and read B767 posts and figured it out.
