Several routes I was working on showed A330-200 able to be added but not the 787-8. in fact, a few times, my A380 would show up as available too. I looked at the specs and 787 has longer range and shorter runway requirements. Also, they had plenty of hours to use too as one had just been delivered and the other had more hours available than the a330 did. refreshing the list didn't help either. and this was several routes in the us as well as guam to asia.

If you leased the 787 used, sometimes it takes awhile to show up. Minor bug that no one really cares about enough to fix.

Yes, that bug exists but for all planes, not only 787, if it happened to someone only on 787 it's a coincidence.

In reality 787 sucks. It has the most dangerous Lithium battery and frequently breaks. Pretty realistic then
