I noticed, in Rδ, that I am able to operate a flight from Havana (Cuba) to San Juan (Puerto Rico). I hope this is some sort of fluke, but it leads me to believe that there is a loophole in the Cuba-USA restriction, and it should be patched. I assume it should apply to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Territory.

Although, now with better USA-Cuba relations, maybe political restrictions should be removed altogether after 2016 or something.

Tourist travel to Cuba is not yet authorised by current U.S. law, due Cuba was communist.america was a democracy, due to Cuba being allied with Russia. Also with them bringing in missiles from Russia to attack United States.Although, now with better USA-Cuba relations, maybe political restrictions should be removed altogether after 2016 or something.
But Obama has Struck an agreement to restore commercial flights. But I do believe that the agreement has not been signed so you can't fly from us to Cuba.thus meaning tourist travel is not authorised by us law.
