Stev I feel you should pay more respect to my arguments than to the other two. My argument is to focus on what can make the BIGGEST difference, that is all. Also my statistic coming from cowspiracy I think does not take microbial organisms into the equation. Also what you advocate if you believe what I think you do is economic nihilism, destroying generations futures in that sense. So I think my focus on something that can actually make a dent is better.

And again we return to the problem of ignoring all parts of a complex problem. It's like solving for x by only looking at one part of an equation, it doesn't work.
There is no simple answer to climate change. It's complicated, there will be growing pains, but ultimately the reward is a species that adapts back to the planet that carries it.

I will advocate advancement in technology to stop energy and transportation sector emissions when it comes TIME. When the other more dire more pressing environmental issues (and emissions) caused by agriculture and over fishing are addressed. Like emission trapping cars and smokestacks. Safer storage for nuclear facilities and continuing to lower the already minor emissions caused by modern 21st. century natural gas. Green energy is a puppet for cap and trade/coal killer politicians who advocate for s*** like solyndra. Go to Harlan Kentucky and tell them its just "growing pains" I would love to see the reaction you get, Look the environmental movement is ignoring THE REAL ISSUE. They are busy demonizing sectors of the economy that RIGHT NOW can't do s*** about whats facing us. Watch Cowspiracy.

We should send Adam to China for a week. Then we would win all the arguments. Beijing or Shanghai sounds good right?

We should send you guys to Harlan, Kentucky and have you tell them they have to lose their livliehood in order that polar bears don't die. I think you would risk getting shot frankly.

Are you saying that you're a redneck who drop out of Junior High School?
Anyway, you want free holiday or not? Or are you too scared to see the reality?

Lots of those jobs in Coal Country can be moved over to other industry. Training and such can be moved over to variations in oil (which will survive longer than coal) and eventually be moved into something else. Likely by then that generation will be educated in different topics. However, continuing to focus on coal is pretending like it doesn't need to go away.
I think the most stupid thing you said 'when it comes time'. The time is already come. We're already doing irreparable harm. This isn't like getting fat to where you can eat like s*** then lose weight. This is like becoming morbidly obese then losing weight... Sure, you're no longer fat... but the damage to your heart is already done and you're going to die a lot faster.
Keep pretending and ignoring the facts and reality of it. Keep blaming other people so it looks better to ignore it by proxy.

On the topic of climate change...
I like snow and I'm getting more of it at home, so that's good.
I like serious heat and we hit 49*C at our home in Spain, so that's also very good.
That's about as far as my rather uneducated opinion goes on the matter.

99% of experts in the field say it's happening. Many link it to man's burning of fossil fuels. Others outright deny its existence (for some reason).
Let me start out with this thought: If Man inherited the earth from God, why wouldn't he have to take care of it?
If I inherit my house from my parents I don't expect them to come over and clean it.

That's not how this works...
If I inherit my house from my parents I don't expect them to come over and clean it.
He being man in this case, not god.
