Noob question: If the world column is blank does it mean they operate in every world?

AFAIK it used to be a low-cost branch of Skyroutes, and then it broke away due to...irreconcilable differences.

No, it means he they don't operate in any world, but SkyRoutes operates in R-Delta, and Luft that is Globe's new branding.

 

Why was Jetstream actually formed if it's just that what it is? 

If they don't operate in any world how are they an alliance? Not trying to sound snarky or anything I'm genuinely curious. Out of experience Aspire is in R-Delta and R6 at least, and SkyRoutes and .blu are in R-Delta as well.

Let's not be all mad at each other here.

 

We do allow for newer members to join our alliance. This is a very simple strategy. I think one of our main ideas is to make new players into good players. That is why Gulfstream was opened, so we could accept all members. To say we accept scamlines is incorrect, we will allow for them for a few game months, but we are publishing a regulation guide soon. None of our members currently is a scamline, and I also am disappointed that our alliance isn't taken seriously. We have members, we have in-game networks, and we would like to play without disrespect from our fellow gamers. We do enjoy having the alliance, and I would not think of closing it for a long time. Please be respectful, and we will too.

I don't think this was a smart idea. Obviously, this community cannot handle this. Instead this is now a hate thread targeted at two particular alliances. I wonder if Yuxi has seen this yet.
