Looking at the OP, I agree that the seat config is ridiculous, but to each their own.  The real life Westjet configs are a little tight too (but not that tight).  

 

That route shown in the OP is one that I like to run as I base most of my airlines out of YVR.  In real life YVR-HKG is a major transpacific route that is flown 3 times nonstop daily by large aircraft, not to mention that the two cities have a very close relationship (there are a ton of Hong Kong expats in Vancouver & much of the foreign investment there comes from Hong Kong).  With that said, I like to run a twice daily service with a widebody plane (plane depends on the year) so as to seem somewhat realistic & acknowledge that route's status as a trunk route for my airline.  That is tough to do in AE because of the demand & compensation, which aren't complaints per se, but it does concern me that people might think I'm spamming that route.
