Seeing as 10,000 have been barbarically murdered in 2014 and the grand total at 2,000 already for this year, do you think they pose a legitimate threat to our north Aftrican brethren's lifestyle and fortunes? The reports I'm reading remind me of an account of a town in Rwanda during the genocide in 1994 by Fergal Keane . The worst part is, I had to find out about it through a satirical article - the media are ignoring it. http://waterfordwhis...-who-wore-what/Worth a read.
Do you think Boko Haram is a threat to the world's life style?

For now, is isn't affecting Western lifestyles to any major extent, however in the future I believe without government intervening it could become and issue, but I reckon EU will pull themselves together and try a measly effort to stop it which will likely prevent it coming into Europe.

personally I think that regardless of whether they will ever pose a threat to us, we should still be paying attention. i honestly was a bit appalled when news broke (or rather, didn't) of the 2000 people that were killed during their attack on a Nigerian village. Not one news outlet found it worthy of reporting, because they were instead all focused on the Paris attacks. DON'T GET ME WRONG, what happened in Paris was a tragedy, but I think that the world also should know that while 20 or so people were killed in a series of attacks in Paris that another 2000 were killed in one attack in the same week. That being said, I do think Boko Haram is a threat, and sadly it's only going to get worse.

This is what happens when you let foreigners into your country for political reasons.
