Im playing in R5 my airline is based in the US. I am wondering why I am able to build terminals and hubs in al american Territories except  American Samoa. I am wondering why that is?  American Samoa became an american territory in 2007.  I am also not able to build on the  Virgin Islands of the United States. thos are the only two you cant build on.

American Samoa is technically an unincorporated territory of the US, and hence  its own nation so that may be why its not allowable as its not a true territory. The same is true with the US Virgin Islands.
