I am a new member. I have found that I am really bad at starting the airline. An airline of mine I had though was doing well is going belly up. Does anyone have good tips for starting the airline? As of right now, I have 0 airlines in the positives. Please help!

Just do this:
1 set up a high price and quality IFS
2. Reduce staff wages
3. Operate the most efficient aircraft you can find
4. Operate with a good deal on your routes(£60 for London to Dubai is a very bad deal), just an example.
