I dont think *that* comment was particularly necessary.

I'm trying to get through problems as fast as i can. I'll help airlines as much as i can however i'm not a god (yet) And my tools are limited.

i think it was quite necessary. people more and more on this board seem to act like they have some sort of self-derived power and it gets under my skin.

Im sure the issues that have arising in the past 24-48 hours have affected all of us, one way or another and im sure we can all agree that even though we like AE to be perfect, there is issues and problems which need to fix.
