 My airplanes are like 10 years old , so how can i renew them without loosing my routes , is there an easy way?

Buy/lease new planes. Transfer the flights by the change aircraft option in the flight list tab to the new planes. Sell/scrap the old ones. But 10 years old is still quite young.

just also make sure to buy new aircraft that has a similar available hours, speed, passenger load etc to be able to transfer aircraft.

best bet if your a new airline is lease new aircraft straight from the production line as in the long term its cheaper for you and best part is you just buy them out when you want to take full control of the aircraft. Once you have the aircraft select the old aircraft you want to replace go to its flights select them and then scroll to the bottom it will say change aircraft change it to your newer aircraft and bang done now you can sell the old for a profit
