 a new realistic world is created at when? is there a schedule?

As far as i am aware no new R-worlds are scheduled to open however ever game world refreshes when it gets to a certain time period (between 2000 and 2040 depending on the world) Once they are refreshed, there is a few days where the game is paused to allow people to start their new airline.
