Not in the near future. It is under development, and the devs have irl commitments they must attend to.

Do you know something we don't?The programming isnt the issue, the nailing down of the mechanics is. We are actively working on this, it will be well worth the wait.
Seriously though it is under development but the sheer detail needed for the project means it's gonna take a long time to develop however as Ross said it will be worth the wait.

Isn't that what development is? If I understand correctly, the concept of development includes design (mechanics and aesthetics) and programming.
