For a while, I was unable to remove an IFE configuration because two aircraft were using it.  However, I remember replacing my entertainment.  Today, I actually check the IFE details.  Two L-1011 aircraft are using it.  This is strange, since all of my airline's L-1011 planes have been retired.  I check the details of these two aircraft.  Apparently, they were seized for non-payment and were now operating for Chitown Airways, my main competitor on flights from LIT and BDL.

Sigh.

I will contact this airline via the in-game messenger, but I'm not sure if I will get a response.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Surely if it is not yours you can ditch all the infrastructure for it lol. They're stealing your TV and Sky contract!! Get onto a developer or something for a fix?

If you click the "Info" link for that IFE system, you should see a list of aircraft using that system. Can you post the aircraft IDs of the two L-1011s?

The ID numbers of the aircraft are 30534 and 33680.

Thanks - you should be able to delete that IFE system now.

Huh, it still says that these two aircraft are still using the IFE.  I can't delete it, either.
