Hello.

I've been wondering what determines your on-time performance.  When there's still about 100 hours left on that aircraft, on-time performance is average.  Is it the overall fleet utilization or the individual utilization?  Thanks!

It is determined by the utilisation of your aircraft that operate the route. Keeping staff happy as well as spreading frequencies over multiple aircraft both help to improve on time performance
