I don't see a problem with it. Sure, it was never used but neither was the MD 90-50.

I prefer realism in this game. I don't believe any aircraft that have not been put into production should be offered. Just my two cents!

But presumably these were airlines offered to take the plane. If it is offered to IRL airline, it should be offered to us

I believe this project was offered but cancelled due to financial reasons - there however are no easy methods at current to remove aircraft from the database, so even if we did consider it to be inappropriate for the game we could not remove it at current. However i do see no problem with this aircraft.
