Take the inactivity policy and make it more strict. Like 10 days instead?

agreed but are there any other ways to actually avoid mega-airlines just staying there because there are ways around anything unless very certain rules are made and enforced by mods, Yuxi etc

but mega airlines might also want to replace older aircraft with newer ones?
The answer is one of either:
a) No
