It's april 1977 now and i can't order the Antonov 72. Antonov 72 was a plane that was launched end 1977 so why can i not pre-order this plane?

Because on that date, its first flight and not first comercial service. In AE, we usually use the FCS as the date for delivery and first flight for orders (If im not wrong,)

Fast, small and takes off on 1,380ft. I don't really like it myself (personally it's up there with Fokker 70s) but fuel for it is so expensive.

It's a rather inefficient plane... But it can take off in Connemara and the arann Islands and the likes

Exactly. I also flew it GWY, WAT, KIR, ORK, NOC - Madrid. This was S3-B in the 80s.

Oh. Just because this is the office for 140,000 people. It's not as if the €20 million needed for it was from corruption money. We don't have many empty buildings.
