Airline Empires needs Antitrust Law added to the program as you can see here:
For Example, If United Airlines were to do this to Southwest Airlines in real life there would
be REAL AntiTrust Law implications (A FINE etc) for United Airlines.
So if Airline Empires seeks to be as close to the real thing as possible then AntiTrust measures (rules of conduct?) are needed.

If you keep undercutting my rates on my routes I WILL find out (I have an alert system for it) and will undercut you back, and will keep fighting back even if it means losing money.
If you want to add capacity on my route, match my rate. To raise your load factor, instead of undercutting, open a hub to get connecting traffic. You will make more money that way in the long time.
Airlines who are decent and do not undercut me (I have no problem with fare matching) will get the same treatment from Avianca Global.
Than you.

My Response:
"I operate 'point-to-point' (like Southwest in real life) and set the rate so I make money. (~7 737 flights per week per city pair)
In real life had I received this message I would have filed a complaint with the US Justice Dept alleging an attempted violation of US antitrust law.
Perhaps if you change the type of aircraft to one that is appropriately sized for the city-pairs in question
(737, A318, A319, CRJ etc)
you would be making money and would not have to resort to illegal conduct."
