Well I sort of had a go with yours:


I used the yellow of your logo but i'm thinking darker would look better. (BTW i made the coloured part curved so it looks like a banana )

Opinions?

that is the kittyhawk 737-800. Sorry about the small title text. I designed the livery without remembering to include the text.

Love the tail and if it were a tad darker on both top and bottom parts that would be great! And seeing as your doing billboard (which I have no problem with, could you blow it up bigger so window spots don't make it look so speckled, otherwise feel free to move it up to the top). Let your imagination fly!

I can make the titles bigger and the plane darker but I did it on a 763 because the a333s are a bitch to paint.

Do not worry scalpel you haven't been forgotten, ok maybe you were for a bit, I am working on your livery now just need to find a good a340-600 also colorado I'll do yours a little later

Why are A333s so bad to paint? Also I shall be getting GIMP soon, so mabe I will be able to help out.

If its too hard to do an A333 I wil take a 738 as well.

The only problem I have with the 737-800 is that it is so hard to line up the tail with the rest of the plane, I have yet to accomplish this task.

How about a 753. At Banana Airways we have a plane for everyone's needs!


If not just look at my sig, with the list of A/C we operated just choose anyone execpt A340's (Not enough in my fleet)

Banana will a 763 not do, could you not just pretend it was an a330

If your desperate to have it on something else I will do it but it will take a lot longer.

Atlantic_Air, I shall give it a go. Does anyone know if you need anything more than GIMP to make textures? what file type should I use?

There's two ways to go about it, you can either download a painted plane and use it as a template or download a paintkit and paint the plane. Also its a good idea to get DXTbmp (google it) wich saves it better in 32 bit format and can create alpha channels.

Thanks man! If you cannot find the A340, then an A320 or A380 will work as well. I know you say the 737's are hard, so you can disregard those.
