Geordie Airways begin flights!

Geordie Airways today announced it had started operating flights from Newcastle and Birmingham Airports.

Initially, Geordie Airways will fly the following routes:

Newcastle to London Luton
Newcastle to Birmingham
Newcastle to Copenhagen
Newcastle to Brussels
Birmingham to Brussels

Craig, the Chief Executive of Geordie Airways said in a Press Conference earlier today 'We are delighted to announce the launch of these new services and we hope they will prove popular with passengers. Our fares are some of the most competitive on these routes and we will always aim to keep our prices low in the face of stiff competition from other airlines'.

' We also expect to announce more routes from our Newcastle hub in the next few months. We are in discussions with several airports about possible new routes from Newcastle, and over time, Birmingham.'

Key Information

Geordie Airways has two Jetstream 31 aircraft and operates from it's hub at Newcastle International Airport. It currently operates five routes.
