When I wait the Sandbox world to reset again to 1995, suddenly the Time in sandbox world already pass to February 3 2016, is this an error or something like that?

do  you mean you literally watched it jump from 1995 to 2016? or you went away and came back and it was 2016? it could also be you were on the page for a very long time without refreshing, though you should've been automatically logged out...

yes, I went away (but I'm logout) and when I back the time is in 2016, same here when I came back.Is there any solutions?

The time in the game progresses over time, how long where you away for first of all, time will progress all the time as it is a worldwide server.

The server changes day after a certain amount of minutes (for normal worlds its between 15-30) not sure for the sandbox though, you can not modify the speed of the game

He means that S4 (sandbox world) was supposed to end at 2015 and restart, but it kept going and it's at Feb 3 2016 (Aug 8 2016 now and still up and running)...

Yucky has to manually go in and reset it, which he cannot and will not do for the time being because he's on vacation
