Wasn´t the Concorde Buisness and up? And its hard to buy a A318 in 1995.....
Having been in Concorde it may have been priced at business class, but it was closer to the cheap "Premium" economy product offered on US carriers.

I shouldn't think it will work out very well, the demand is much higher on Y class tickets, and on most routes, almost 80% of my profits come from Y class seats.

Yes, when I think of cheap, crappy products, Concorde is the first thing that pops into my head.
