I was wondering if Biz and First only airlines work out and how profitable in which markets are they.

I suppose it could with Scam IFE/IFS - until you face a whole lot of competition. Wouldn't be too profitable.

Well, you could only use small planes, or introduce a small economy class section. Before R0 reset, I had 5 or 6 A318s configured 7F 24C 35Y. Because they did not have as many passengers I could fly them to BOS from LCY, which has a 4,984 ft runway so no competition could get in. I didn't make too much profit though and you need many destinations.

I used to put CRJ-200s in an all business and first, they operated out of all airports in the UK (above 3m) and i think i had 5 a318's in a f/c config flying out of LHR

Every time I have tried airlines such as this, they ALWAYS go bust within a few years.
The only one that survived was when I used a crappy IFS

I have an option for 4* built into the expansion plans for Air Brest but am deciding to push it off until Expansion is Over.

I have some 737s configured to 6-60-24 and use them to pick up left over C passengers. I was surprised at how many routes there are that don't fill up C. Most just try to maximize Y load.

In the real world, British Airways operates an all business class flight from London City to New York JFK.

I don't think Biz or First C only generates much profit. I tried that some time back and didn't see a better revenue generation than Economy.

I am trying out a First and Business class airline (no economy) in R0.

Flying all planes with 4* IFE and 3* IFS, mostly free except for Newspapers and Top quality snacks. I would like to improve the IFS but cannot find a good service that does not cost too much.
This is working ok so far - there are a lot of airlines that seem to fly all economy. Using aircraft like the 767 could be a problem though, because I am finding that demand is best suited to ~150 (max) capacity and smaller planes.
