When I had 25 flights/week my Flight Frequency score was at 80, and dropped down to 76 with 36 flights, and up to 77 with 35 flights. I wonder why?

Passengers get confused about flight times if they have too much frequency. 
[Or something...]
I assume a curve somewhere is broken, but I wouldn't know.
