What is this?  Im getting no non-operational profit.  How do you get money from advertising, service fees, etc.

Advertising is from IFE, you can charge money for IFE usage, but it results in a drop in IFE rating. As far as I know, service fees are the fees for IFS, but I honestly don't know. Anyone know about service fees?
