I have recently won the award for #1 airline by reputation but don't know if I receive anything else besides being listed as winning one. Like for future game use if you won in the past round you should be able to have an automatic rejoin or higher starting cash. I am not saying for my own benefit but to add an incentive for people to get the awards.

Higher starting cash would tilt the playing field even further in favor of experienced players. Awards are mainly to leave a record of a player's accomplishments so they don't disappear without a trace at every reset.

I think people who were in the world should have the first picks if they want to to be in it again before anyone else
It would drastically slow the reset proccess down though.

No. No awards for winning one. Not only does this heavily tilt the starting game field, but it's a reward for operating a spam airline. I really don't like this idea.

I got my #1 Rep award because I took my 500 to 600 fleet airline in Fjij and felt like burning some cash .

Gives you an icon which some may regard as good.
Personally however, I shall be endeavoring to avoid getting any awards under the current system...

Some lack the stamina, or have a low boredom threshold, so are unble to stick with an airline till the end. They will never get any gongs! Not aimed at anyone in particular .............

Well you see.
Valuation is an award for making a spamline. I don't find it fun to make spamlines. I did one once, it was awful, easy and fun for about ten years. Then it really sucked. Also no-one likes spamlines.
Reputation in an award for beating the game's reputation system. By using things like 3* scam ifs to subsidise marketing.
Also, thirty percentage points of your reputation are devised from being a big airline and being in a big alliance.
Furthermore, 'route reputation', which is probably where I'd benefit most from, seems unable to average route rep.
Or whatever it does. Route rep is also in itself flawed, with 28" or less pitch still giving you a pretty good rating.
I prefer to set my own goals rather than be given some in a game like this. After all, the top of the page does claim to be a 'simlation'

I don't like airlines with awful configs or hostile behaviour (or cheating), but I can live with e. g. high(-er) plane utilisation or profitable ifs.
