V Alliance is an exclusive alliance with high standard for both the member and airline. Our airline requirements will distinguish any quality airline while our Code of Practise | V Alliance Members will maintain a high standard of member practise. Now our redesigned Application Process will inform applying members even more and provide maximum clarity about the airline and member via questions and queries. The new V Alliance Application Process will not be based in a protected forum where applying members do not receive updates on the voting process and are left clueless on the result and comments each alliance member have given. Our one of a kind application process is held in a private message where the applying member can see the in-game information of the applying airline collected, all comments on the airline and member, any questions or worries V Alliance members have and most importantly the result and comments that otherwise are left unheard for the applying member. This is a vital step for increasing the member, airline and alliance relationship from the very start. For members interested in joining V, this is the first place to look when submitting an application. V Alliance has a precise application process, looking at all angles of the member and the airline being submitted. The V Alliance Application Process starts with the applying member filling in the V Alliance Application Template and then posting the template in V Alliance forums. Then a Private Message is started with the applying member and V Alliance members’ where in-game information about the airline is posted (IFE/IFS, legroom, routes) and discussion is held about the applying airline and member. V Alliance members post comments and questions or worries and the applicant is available to view all the discussion and can justify queries or worries and answer questions. Then as V Alliance members post their votes, the applying member can immediately see the result and further discussion can take place following the result. For Airline Empires members wishing to apply to join V Alliance, the following steps is the correct process for doing so.

1. The applying member needs to read all the documents (Applying, Airline Requirements and Code of Practise | V Alliance Members) in the V Alliance Rules & Requirements before submitting an application, looking at each rule to see if the airline and/or member fits the criteria. If so, you are ready to submit an application.

2. You then view the V Alliance Application Template for instructions on how you post your application and the application format its self.

3. Within a few hours of your application being posted, a private message will be started up including all V Alliance members and the applying member. The Head Staff will post a link of the application for V Alliance members to view the application form and a Head Staff member will ask the applying member to allow access to the applying airline in-game and once access is provided, post screenshots of the route network, cabin layouts, in-flight entertainment, in-flight service and the IFS routes plus some other images. This will help alliance members make the decision on the application. The V Alliance members will then discuss their thoughts on the information of the airline provided in-game while the member can answer questions and clarify things that may worry alliance members. Basing their decision of the application on both the airline and member, each V Alliance member will post their vote and a comment on the airline and member. The votes will be tallied up, and the applying member will immediately see the result. From there, the member can reapply after 2 weeks if the application is REJECTED after fixing the problems stated by members or a new private message will be started welcoming the new member to the alliance if the application is ACCEPTED.

This new, reformed application process will provide updates for the applying member and participate in discussion of the application. It will build the vital airline, member and alliance connection from the very start and make V Alliance run smoother.
