Congrats but I would reccomend that you operate less types of aircraft. If you want share it to me and I will set it up for you. And explain the purpose of each type. You almost have as many types as aircraft so you are getting killed on maintence.

ya but tickets will say when you arrive and a people want to arrive faster

Concorde never made enough for BA, it was flying 100F and even when and if they could fill it it was covering its costs, plus you can only go supersonic over the ocean. They flew LHR to NYC, IAD, LAX and I think DEL, but it was a prestige thing.

 

Personally, i think that there should be a reputation bonus for flying it, and its range should be upped to fly that sort of range, with that sort of pax. Then you'd at least be able to run it break even for a rep boost
