DC 7's on my new routs are only configured 2/c 10/y can't figure this out and do not have permission to report bug?
Any insight?

Are you sure it isn't a passenger weight restriction. Above an optimum distance the number of passengers you can carry goes down.

If it won't let you report a bug, you are probably trying to report it in the wrong section. It should go in Airline Empires 3.1, not 3.0.
As for your DC-7, are you talking about the physically configured seat layout or the average daily seats you are effectively offering on the route? Remember that flight frequencies are weekly.

Thanks for the replies.
No I wasn't talking about either.
I would put a dc7 on a route and the research tab would show it configured as an antonov with 2/10 pax config which I did not own at the time.
tired refreshing with cntrl f5 to no avail, but over time problem went away. it would eventually update it to the dc7 configuration after coming back after awhile.
