What year does R3 end?

Okay, maybe someone can help me with this. For world R3 the years are 1980 to 2015, but on the timeline at the bottom, it says 1980 to 2010, so which one is the right one? I need to know because Im thinking of ordering more aircraft. B)

We'd have to go with the least restrictive, so 2015 :P
