a NOTE should be added

on the administration where it says declare bancrupcy i think there should be a note that says you can only declare it once every two weeks because tehre wasnt one ivve got 1,000,000 no aircraft and have to wait anotehr week to declare it agian. maybe i should have tries to delcare it in the same day twice but i was tyying to test something.
