Why the month have only 24 days?

That's the way it was programmed (I believe it was easier for them to code if each month had a uniform amount of days, and twentyfour days was easiest because it broke into some other easy chunk to calculate, etc.) There is plans to make it regular calendar schedules (in AE 4.0 or AE 5.0... so you'll be waiting a while. )

It means every 24 hours 2/3/4 game months pass, so it's easier

It's a carryover from previous versions of AE where all aircraft were delivered on the 1st of the month and the time ran at 1 month / day. This kept the deliveries at the same time every day to make it easier for players to keep track of.

The next major release (AE 4.0) will have a real calendar system.
