30 Minute Days... When?

I know the original plan was to start with 15 minute days bring it down to 20 and eventually 30 minute days in 1990.

It's now 1993 and we've still got 20 minute days, so I was wondering what game date the 30 minute days were being introduced?
...I often defer orders so it would be nice to know the switch-over date so I don't defer orders too far :)

Although I'm fine with the 20 minute days if you want to keep it like that? :P
