Let's say you have a 50 gate terminal. That's 65% discount on rental.

However, if you want to build 20 addidtional gates, the discounts are only 45%?

1. I don't know how the gate rental is calculated but is it 50 at 65% + 20 at 45%?

2. The airport should take into account your existing gates and offer a 65% discount anyway even when adding 5 gates to a terminal.

If you buy 12 bagels you get one free (well 2 free if you shop a safeway). If you buy 6 one week and 6 the next you get nothing.

Gate rental should be cheaper in general, IMO.
