Does anyone know how much time it will take to add pax ground services and fix pax inflight service income?

Sorry about the fact that some planned 3.1 features haven't been implemented yet even though the 3.1 beta started back in February. Me and Yuxis time to work on AE has been severely reduced to nearly nothing because of school. Yuxi has been focusing on making the day change for 3.1 considerably faster than it was before (upwards of 20 minutes a day after a couple of years) and that was only completed a few weeks ago. Pax ground services was planned for 3.2, not 3.1 and fixing the IFS income should be done before 3.2 or will be done with 3.2. Sorry about the delay.
