I got the "lease is expiring soon" message and i was trying to see if I could just end up buying the plane but the link is not working. The link to continue leasing works. Im using firefox. thanks.

When we changed servers from airlineempires.org to airline-empires.com (about a month ago), all the airlineempires.org links ceased — we're trying to fix all of them although in the game there are so many, and some semi-hidden (like this one), so some have gone unseen.
I would suggest you click that link, and if the link URL is a page on airlineempires.org, retype that as airline-empires.com.
If this doesn't work, just renew the lease from the Aircraft Page.
