3x ATR 42
1x BAe 146-200 (operated by Flightline)
4x Airbus A319
1x Airbus A320
In 2000 another pair of Airbus jets arrived and an automated ticketing system was inaugurated. Three ATR 42 turboprops would join the fleet in 2001 to serve regional routes that did not need the Airbuses' larger passenger capacities. That same year, the airline received maintenance and technical performing certificates from German aviation authority Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.
Between 2000 and 2002, a BAe 146-200 was operated by British regional airline Flightline on behalf of Croatia Airways for various domestic and international services within its route network.
