Zambezi Air Cargo is a Zimbabwean-owned airline based at the Sharjah Airport Free Zone. Founded in 2003, the airline began operations in a Boeing 727-200 operating ad-hoc charters in the Middle East. In 2006, the airline received their first DC-10-30. In 2013, Zambezi Air Cargo began converting their entire fleet of DC-10-30's into MD-10's. Currently the airline has a fleet of 4 MD-10's. Nowadays, Zambezi Air Cargo planes are often seen at Harare, Sharjah, Fujairah, Khartoum, Mogadishu, Jeddah, Karachi, etc.
