Well, you aren’t either.
You have a decent concept with this livery, but I feel it doesn’t show the Midlands region in any way. The colors, like Zacca said, scream more Bolivia or an African country than the heart of the U.K.

After helping several people, I realized that the best way to teach livery making is to tackle one issue at a time, or it becomes stressful. Sure, this livery has other issues like Zacca and Pasti said, but right now, I just want a background that isn't as bold.

You’ve clearly shown yourself to be incompetent when trying to give criticism to anyone on here, so I wouldn’t recommend trying to take a hit at someone who has actively helped improve the works of people starting out here. At this point, your basic remarks have gotten quite annoying.
Please, for the love of god, just act more reasonable when posting comments sometimes.
Anyway, I think this livery has some potential, but as others have mentioned, the colors don’t really fit . I would recommend some other shades of blue for this. The design of the livery is decent too, but make sure the lines on the bottom of the livery are more uniform. They seem to have been completed by hand with the brush.
Most of my other points have been voiced by others already, but I think you have the beginnings of a solid brand on your hands.
