Oromiya Air (going by solely Oromiya) is the flag carrier of Ethiopia and has been since 1967. Based in Addis Ababa, it provides flights to, from, and between Ethiopia. The airline started out in the Oromia region in which it’s named after, focusing on domestic flights between the capital of both the region and the country, Addis Ababa. However, as time passed, Oromiya soon grew to fly to all 6 inhabited continents and over 200 destinations in total. As part of its modernization plan, it ordered a fleet of A350s and 737 MAXs (pictured here) to complement and/or replace the current fleet, which currently consists of Q300s, Q400s, 737-800s, 737-900ERs, and 777-200ERs.

Apologies if the Amharic or the font it’s written in seems wrong, I can’t read or speak the language and I chose the font solely for its look to my Western eyes, which was rather pleasing.this s*** ****in crash yo

Danke, sir
The tail is missing something imo, but I like.
Beautiful! I love all the fresh-looking liveries from less-developed countries!

I’ve tried adding more layers of colour on the stripes to form a somewhat more “solid” gradient, but in the end it didn’t really look as good.
Thank you though

It’s a personal pleasure for me as well to see generally overlooked places getting their turn in the gallery, especially with JM82’s stuff
