It's a no from me. You need to go straight back to the drawing board with this one.

Where have I seen this logo before? Oh yeah, on literally every single Canadian carrier who didn't use a leaf.

Anything specific or is this more of a general thing?

I haven't really seen anyone use a moose (usually its different leaf variations or something abstract), but really its something thats quite heavily associated with Canada yet not as overused as maple leaves, so I don't really see a problem with using it - especially since it's on a subsidiary of an airline that does have a maple leaf as its logo, so I really didn't want to get more leaves involved here.

Way too generic, name is generic (like Beaver Air or Golden Bison Air), missing a Canadian flag in the registration or somewhere to make it realistic, font is bad and...that use of skyteam Alliance is bad.

If its a first time livery, I can accept it since it's their first time to do it and since it's a learning curve, but with tons of Air Canadien and some other airlines you did, it's just a step down version of it

    Good point, updated it.

that use of skyteam Alliance is bad

I really don't get this, what's wrong with Skyteam? Air Canadien is Skyteam since 2005 according to the history I made for it, and this has already been mentioned in the album, so obviously I'm gonna go ahead and slap the Skyteam logo on any subsidiary I make for it. That's just simple logic.

I sort of see what you mean, it's not the least generic name in the world, but I also have to disagree - there's no way you can say that combining the words 'gold' (strongly connoting luxury) and 'moose' (possibly the most Canadian animal) for a premium-only Canadian carrier is completely generic.

Air Canadien isn't in SkyTeam, that's the problem. It's just icky when fake airlines use real alliances.

The problem is, no. Everything in this gallery category is fictional, so this is like saying "oh Air Canadien doesn't fly 747s into London Heathrow" - of course it doesn't, but in the fictional world of the AE gallery it does, so really I don't see even a speck of a problem with having my fictional airline(s) be part of real alliances. I get that you may have a different preference, and I accept the fact that different people like doing realism differently, but this is how I do it and really, when you've got some people say saying they built a whole new terminal for their airline or whatever, entering a real-life alliance isn't as much of a problem as you're making it out to me.

"Moose is an overused logo" *cough, can confirm, cough* http://www.airline-e...8-738-norravia/

Yeah, but that's just one airline... and I know saying this will cause people to go find me some more, but look at how many leaf-based brands there are.

POTKC hasn’t added any friends yet.
