Our new In-Flight Entertainment System is now up and running, and is complementary on all medium- to long-haul flights! The system now includes state-of-the-art touchscreens as well as mobile handsets. Staring at the back of a chair is now more entertaining than ever!

Potential privacy issue with other boarding passengers learning your name and such... and operational issue with last minute seat assignments, reassignments and upgrades.
