TAMSA Lineas Aéreas Boeing 777-200ER (2004-2018) | XA-ADM

TAMSA received its first Boeing 777-200ER in 2003 as part of a capacity re-alignment strategy and to replace the Boeing 747-200B fleet, which had been operating with TAMSA since 1981. The aircraft were used on higher capacity routes such as to Madrid, sometimes operating three times daily during the summer season. After the airline began to grow again, the airline took delivery of 11 additional -200ER aircraft, and 6 -200LR aircraft, which were used to inaugurate non-stop service to Asia, replacing the previous one-stop services via different points in Mexico and Canada.

XA-ADM, the fourth Boeing 777 to enter the fleet, was delivered in 2004 and is named after Benito Juárez, one of the most world-renowned Mexican politicians, and President of México from 1858 to 1872. The aircraft was used to begin non-stop service to Rome for the first time, replacing the previous one-stop service via Barcelona.

TAMSA's Boeing 777-200ER fleet is configured with 40 Clase Premier lie-flat seats and 243 Economy Class seats.
