Hellenic decided to start the final decade of the 20th century by announcing a new livery scheme for their fleet of aircraft. The 90's scheme was painted on most if not all of the fleet by 1993 as an attempt to keep the airline with a modern image. This scheme brought back the previous 70's logo back to replace the previous 80's tail.
